Each month, you will receive two instructional, "how-to" articles, an article on the social aspects of eating, including topics such as entertaining and how to handle eating out in mixed company, and a healthy-eating article. Always with an eye towards quality, the instructional articles are written by professional vegan chefs and the healthy-eating articles are written by certified medical professionals.

You will also receive The Chef's Home Kitchen interview. This interview is all about what the professional chef does in their home kitchen, when they're in their off hours and cooking at home just like everyone else. You will get great tips on how to organize your kitchen, find out which are the best kitchen tools to have around, and you'll get a few of their favorite home recipes.
